Round Table Client Sharing
This session will be a round table session where clients are encouraged to participate in an interactive forum moderated by a CMI Finance Support Specialist. Many users find these sessions very valuable because they are able to learn about the business processes of their peers and gain a fresh perspective on issues they face every day.
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Authority Finance Demo
CMI’s Nancy Jerkes will host this session as attendees get a chance to see what is available with the next generation of CMI Finance software, Authority Finance. Nancy will discuss the differences between the CMI Client Server and Authority Finance platforms, and the status of our Beta sites and early adopter customers. This will be an opportunity to get all of your questions answered about the future of CMI Finance software.
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Weekday WebCasts
CMI’s Mike Brenner will review the Weekday WebCast program and how CMI users can use these sessions as a training tool for both basic and advanced users of CMI software. The WebCast schedule will be discussed, and suggestions for future WebCast sessions are welcome. In addition, we will review the technology used to deliver a WebCast to hundreds of participants, and how to get the most out of a session.

“Going Green” – Paperless
Going green is a major priority for many local and county government agencies, as technology allows more flexibility in securing your documents electronically. This session will cover the procedural and legal impact of going paperless, as well as available technology that might help to streamline your “going green” initiative.

CMI Finance Release Q & A
The most recent release of CMI Finance will be reviewed and discussed during this session. Attendees will have a chance to learn about the latest enhancements to the software and make requests for future enhancements. A CMI Finance Support Specialist will be on hand to answer your questions.
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Payroll Release Q & A
This session will cover the most recent release of the CMI Payroll application. A CMI Payroll Support Specialist will lead this session and answer questions about the release. Attendees may also make requests for future enhancements as well.
1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Payroll
This session will cover the Payroll application. A CMI Payroll Support Specialist will review the Employee Master Screen, Pay Codes and Deductions, Reporting Options and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share information with other CMI Payroll users.

Fixed Assets: A New Look
A CMI Fixed Assets Support Specialist will lead this session, reviewing the latest status of CMI Fixed Assets. Users will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss their experiences with the Fixed Assets System. Additionally, CMI will discuss future plans for Fixed Assets.

Introduction & New Release Review
This session will cover the latest release of CMI Utility Billing software. A CMI Utility Support Specialist will be on hand to demonstrate the new features and to answer questions. Additionally, users will have an opportunity to make suggestions for future enhancements to the software.

Did You Know……
This session is intended to highlight points of interest within the Utility Billing application that users may not be aware of or may not be using. A CMI Utility Support Specialist will cover topics on policies, collections, procedures, bill print, write-offs, user forums, WebCasts and general FAQs. Attendees are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences as well.
3:15 PM – 5:30 PM
Authority Utility Presentation
CMI’s Glen August and Duane Flesburg will lead this session that will review the status of the new Authority Utility Billing application, which is currently under development. They will update the group on the design specifications for the new system and the features that will be available. In addition, they will discuss the Beta process, the overall progress and time line for general release.

Novice User Tips & Tricks
This session is designed to deliver helpful tips and tricks to the novice user of CMI Utility Billing. A CMI Utility Billing Support Specialist will review processes and how to use the software to get the most out of your system.
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Advanced User Tips & Tricks
Similar to the earlier session, this session is designed to deliver helpful tips and tricks to the more advanced users of CMI Utility Billing. Again, a CMI Utility Billing Support Specialist will cover topics that will be of particular interest to users who are very familiar with the software, but would like to learn more about what the system is capable of delivering.
1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Round Table Q & A
This session will be an open forum for users of CMI Utility Billing. Attendees of this session are encouraged to bring their questions about procedures and processes for discussion. This will be your opportunity to share your personal experience and knowledge with the group, and to learn from others based on their experiences. A CMI Support Specialist will also be available for input as needed.

CMI Annual Release Review
This session will review the latest release of CMI Tax software. A CMI Tax Support Representative will be on hand to discuss the latest changes, expected release dates, and to answer questions about future enhancements.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Release Review (continued) and 3rd Party Uploads
This session will finish the review of the latest release to the Tax software. A CMI Support Representative will then demonstrate how to upload electronic payments through the CMI software to post automatically to the accounts.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
System Setup and Maintenance
This session will cover the nuts and bolts to the administrative section of the software. A CMI Representative will lead the discussion and demonstrate the different facets from the administrative prospective.
3:15 PM – 4:30 PM
Account Transactions and Deposits
A CMI Tax Support Specialist will be on hand to discuss account transactions and deposits. This session is designed to show users the options that are available, and how you may be able to streamline your business processes.
TUESDAY
9:15 AM – 10:15 AM
Available CMI Modules
This session is for a demonstration of different products that CMI has available, and how they can benefit tax offices. This is not a sales pitch, but an opportunity to view what CMI has and talk to other tax administrators that are using the product and how it is being used.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Round Table Q & A
This session is an open forum for tax offices to share information. It is a good opportunity to get to know other Tax users. This is a good place to bring questions or issues that any tax office is dealing with and get feedback and suggestions from peers.
1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Email options and DocuScan
This session is being led by a CMI Representative and will demonstrate a new option that is coming out in the new release. The new programming will allow you to automatically attach a copy of an email to an account through DocuScan.

Social Networking is extremely popular in society today. This session will cover how law enforcement agencies can use social networking to better protect their citizens. A CMI Support Representative will be available to discuss the any implications with CMI Safety software.

Case Management & NIBRS
A CMI Support Specialist will be on hand to discuss Case Management and NIBRS with the CMI Safety system. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and offer input during this session.

Authority RMS Administrative Modules
There are many administrative modules available within the CMI Safety application. A CMI Support Specialist will cover these modules and demonstrate how your agency might utilize these modules in order to better manage your department.

Directions “Round Table”
This is a round table session which will offer attendees the opportunity to network with other law enforcement agencies, share experiences and learn from their peers. A CMI Support Specialist will also be on hand to offer input where necessary.

Learn from colleagues how Central Pay Plans are addressed through web payment rules and how they address the issue of convenience fees.

Keep It Civil: EOM Reports
Reporting is a critical element to your court operations. This session will review the EOM Reports that are available within the CMI Court system. Provide and hear feedback as to which reports are most useful and why. A CMI Court Support Specialist will be available to review the reports and to answer your questions. Also, we will discuss the status of Civil.

Based upon interest, potpourri topics may include an update on CourTools Performance Measurements, CMI’s check printing solution and Email notification.
